1. Abstract
ETFSwap is a decentralized trading protocol designed to let users move between cryptocurrencies and tokenized exchange-traded funds (ETFs) without a traditional broker or bank. $ETFS is the protocol's native token, used for platform access, fees, staking and governance, and — from the relaunch — as the currency of weekly holder income.
2. The $ETFS pivot
The original presale did not deliver the momentum the project needed. Rather than continue on the same path, ETFSwap rebuilt its approach: a new final Re launch phase, a fresh launch date of December 18, 2026, and a direct reward model for holders through weekly token remuneration. Original investors are credited in the relaunch — anyone who cannot see their tokens can submit proof of purchase from their dashboard and is credited within 24 hours.
3. The platform
- Crypto ↔ ETF swaps. Move between cryptocurrencies and listed, tokenized ETFs through a decentralized trading protocol.
- ETF liquidity staking. Supply assets to ETF pools and participate in rewards from swap trading fees as pool activity grows.
- Futures & options. Planned long and short exposure across listed ETFs, with leverage up to 50x. Leveraged positions carry a high risk of liquidation.
Trading, staking and derivatives are in development and become available in stages after launch, per the roadmap.
4. Why ETFSwap
- 24/7 trading. Blockchain-based trading aims to offer access beyond traditional market hours.
- No KYC registration. The proposed protocol does not require KYC registration. Access remains subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
- Flexible exposure. Switch between crypto and tokenized ETFs without relying on a traditional bank's crypto offering.
- Lower costs. Smart-contract-driven products are designed without an additional fund manager fee. Trading and network fees may still apply.
- A voice in governance. Holding $ETFS provides voting rights on platform changes and early access to new ETF listings.

7. Holder income — token remuneration
From the Re launch phase, holders earn a weekly income paid in $ETFS, calculated as a percentage of total holdings and set by status:
Silver
5% weekly
From 1,500,000 $ETFS
Gold
7.5% weekly
From 2,000,000 $ETFS
Platinum
10% weekly
From 5,000,000 $ETFS
Income is paid in $ETFS, so its value moves with the token price. Rates are not guaranteed and may change.
8. Liquidity
The final-phase liquidity pool is held on the Tron network at TFTX9gy3UaYWR4dcCsDHzE3CYpWBWS3zLT. Its holdings are publicly verifiable on Tronscan and shown live on the homepage.
9. Security & verification
ETFSwap's smart contract was reviewed by Cyberscope, and the team completed identity verification with SolidProof. CertiK and SolidProof references are listed in the security section of the homepage alongside their source reports.
10. Governance
$ETFS holders receive voting rights on platform changes and early access to new ETF listings. Governance tooling is introduced after launch.
